Submitting the schedule request form on this website is a request for us to contact you. It is not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is only confirmed once we have spoken with you and agreed on a date and time window. We aim to respond to all requests within one business day, but submitting the form does not guarantee availability for any particular date.
The actual testing, repair, and rebuild services we perform are governed by the specific agreement, work order, or arrangement we make with you directly at the time of service, not by this website. Where any conflict exists between this website and a written service agreement, the service agreement controls.
As noted on our website, ATX BackFlow is licensed to test and repair backflow assemblies. We do not replace backflow assemblies; replacement requires a licensed plumber or irrigator. We also do not perform fire system work. For related compliance work outside our scope, we may refer you to trusted partners, but we are not responsible for the work performed by those partners.
